To make a valid claim, customers must complete and submit an online claim at www.brother-money.com.au, and upload a copy of their tax invoice as proof of purchase (exceptions apply for Brother MPS arrangements) within 30 days of the purchase date. If the tax invoice is not able to be uploaded, customers must write their name and auto generated tracking claim code on the back of the tax invoice (exceptions apply for Brother MPS arrangements) and post it via mail to “Brother Cash Back Promotion” PO BOX 6246 BAULKHAM HILLS BC NSW within 30 days of the purchase date. The cash back amount issued is inclusive of GST and will be issued by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments will be made to valid Australian bank accounts only. If the product has been redeemed with points through any of the following reward programs (ANZ, Altitude, Macquarie Bank, Westpac, Flybuys or Winning Appliances) customers are still eligible to claim the cash back amount provided the customer submits an online claim form at www.brother-money.com.au , uploads a copy of their confirmation page from the rewards company showing the date, product and unique redemption/order number. |

The purchase date is determined by the date printed on the authorised Brother reseller tax invoice submitted as proof of purchase. Any claims or proof of purchase received after the aforementioned 30 days will be deemed invalid. Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice for all claims as proof of purchase (exceptions apply for Brother MPS arrangements). Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to cash back. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number and purchase date (exceptions apply for Brother MPS arrangements). |

The promoter will validate claims. Incomplete or invalid claims will be disqualified. The claimant must reimburse the promoter for any cash back(s) paid if the goods are subsequently returned for refund. Claim tampering or failure to reimburse the promoter for any Cash Back(s) issued when claimed goods are subsequently returned for refund will attract prosecution and any penalties allowed at law. |

The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected mail. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. |

Claimants must be the actual purchaser of the eligible product. Claims or registrations by any other person will not be accepted. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant. |

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Unless the claimant un-checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the promoter. All claims become the property of the promoter. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct details of the bank account for the cash back payment to be made into. Payments via EFT will be made within 5 working days of the proof of purchase being received and validated. Returned funds will be subject to a fee from the bank. This fee will be passed onto the claimant and will be deducted from any cash back payment thereafter. Any issues with the cash back payment process must be made within 6 months after the promotion end date. |

If the claimant is a business, the valid Australian bank account supplied for EFT of cash back must be that of the business. For clarity’s sake, the valid Australian bank account may not be the bank account details of any employee of the business nor of any party or place other than the business itself. |

The claimant is to advise if they are under the age of 18 years and provide their guardian’s name and address. |

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant. |

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these terms and conditions; or (e) participation in the offer. |

Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services. |
