Brother Mothers day promotion 2022

 

FAQ


To enter, customers must complete the online form and upload a copy of their tax invoice as proof of purchase. All entries must be registered and original valid tax invoice/receipt must be received by the Brother Promotions team by 22nd June 2022. 

 

1.Which Brother machines are eligible to receive the watch?

This promotion is valid for the purchase of new machines only. Eligible models include: Brother Innov-is XP2 Sewing, Quilting and Embroidery Machine, Brother PR-680W 6 Needle Embroidery Machine, Brother Stellaire XJ1 Sewing and Embroidery Machine, Brother Innov-is VM5200 Sewing and Embroidery Machine, Brother Innov-is NV1800Q Sewing and Quilting Machine, ScanNCut DX SDX1250 Crafting Machine, Brother NV180D Sewing and Embroidery Machine, Brother Innov-is F420 Sewing Machine.

Eligible models are available from participating Brother dealers and stockists while stocks last. Spotlight and Lincraft are non-participating stores.
 

2. How do I claim my watch?

Purchase an eligible Brother machine between 1st April to 31st May 2022 and submit your claim via the site brother-money.com.au/sewing/ by 22th June 2022. You will need to complete your details and upload a photo of your receipt and enter your machine’s serial number to claim.


3. What will Brother do with my delivery information?

The watch will be shipped to you from THE HORSE. By submitting your information, you permit Brother to share your information with THE HORSE to facilitate the delivery of your gift.


4. Which watch will I receive?

The watch is provided by the brand THE HORSE. The style of the watch is The Resin, valued at $169. Specs: Peach Speckle Case, White Dial, Rose Gold Indexing and Vegetable Tan Leather band.

5. Where do I find the serial number?

The serial number is located on the box your product came in. The serial number is 9 alpha-numeric characters long.

The alpha numeric serial number can also be found on the back of all of the eligible Brother products. Please note that the serial number on the back of the machine will appear as part of a much longer code most commonly starting with e66 or e67. Only the last 9 alpha-numeric characters will need to be noted to complete the registration.


6. Can I enter if I bought my machine from Spotlight or Lincraft?

No. Spotlight & Lincraft is a non-participating dealer. Products purchased from these resellers are not eligible to participate in the promotion.


7. Can I choose a different watch style?

The watch style listed cannot be swapped for a different style. The watch does not include engraving. Brother reserves the right to replace the nominated watch with a watch of equal value from THE HORSE if needed. The gift is not redeemable for cash or any other products.

 
8. When will I receive my watch?

You can expect to receive your watch between 14-21 business days after submitting your claim (pending approval).


9. What is the warranty on the watch?

The warranty is 12 months but for more information on your watch please visit thehorse.com.au


10. Am I still eligible for a watch if I buy my machine online?

The same conditions apply for online sales and instore sales.

 

11. What happens if my machine is out of stock?

This promotion is strictly while machine stocks last. Should an eligible Brother model become out of stock and not received before the claim cut off date 22/6/2022, then you are not eligible for a gift with purchase.

 

12. Can I claim if I have paid a deposit or have a machine on layby?

Machines must be paid for in full within the promotional period Apr 1st- May 31st 2022 to be eligible for the gift.

 

13. Can I claim multiple watches?

There is a limit of 1 watch per customer.

 

14. Can I claim from another country?

This offer is for customers within Australia only.
