To enter, customers must complete the online form and upload a copy of their tax invoice as proof of purchase. All entries must be registered and original valid tax invoice/receipt must be received by the Brother Promotions team by 19th January 2024.
1.Which Brother machines are eligible to receive the Gift Box?
This promotion is valid with the purchase of new machines only. Eligible models include: XP3, PR680W, A150, A80, A16, NV880E, M380D, NV1800Q, CV3550, SDX2250D.
Eligible models are available from participating Brother dealers and stockists while stocks last. Spotlight and Lincraft are non-participating stores.
2. How do I claim my Gift Box?
Purchase an eligible Brother machine between 1st October to 31st December 2023 and submit your claim via the site brother-money.com.au/sewing/ by 19th January 2024. You will need to complete your details and upload a photo of your receipt and enter your machine’s serial number to claim.
3. What will Brother do with my delivery information?
The Gift Box will be shipped to you from Impressm. By submitting your information, you permit Brother to share your information with Impressm to facilitate the delivery of your Gift Box.
4. What is in the Gift Box?
The Gift Box includes: Exclusive Brother Machine Mat, 650ml Double Wall Stainless Steel Drink Bottle, 350ml Double Wall Tea Infuser Bottle, 4G USB Stick, Koko Black Chocolate Sprinkles. Brother reserves the right to replace the nominated items with items of equal value.
5. Where do I find the serial number?
The serial number is located on the box your product came in. The serial number is 9 alpha-numeric characters long.
The alpha numeric serial number can also be found on the back of all of the eligible Brother products. Please note that the serial number on the back of the machine will appear as part of a much longer code most commonly starting with e66 or e67. Only the last 9 alpha-numeric characters will need to be noted to complete the registration.
6. Can I enter if I bought my machine from Spotlight or Lincraft?
No. Spotlight & Lincraft is a non-participating dealer. Products purchased from these resellers are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
7. Can I swap out contents of the Gift Box for something else?
The contents included in the offer cannot be swapped for a different items. Brother reserves the right to replace gift box items with items of equal value. The gift is not redeemable for cash or any other products.
8. When will I receive my Gift Box?
You can expect to receive your Gift Box within 10 business days of submitting your claim (pending approval).
9. Am I still eligible for a Gift Box if I buy my machine online?
The same conditions apply for online sales and instore sales.
11. What happens if my machine is out of stock?
This promotion is strictly while machine stocks last. Should an eligible Brother model become out of stock and not received before the claim cut off date 19/01/2024, then you are not eligible for a gift with purchase.
12. Can I claim if I have paid a deposit or have a machine on layby?
Machines must be paid for in full within the promotional period October 1st- December 31st 2024 to be eligible for the gift.
13. Can I claim multiple Gift Boxes?
There is a limit of 1 Gift Box per customer.
14. Can I claim from another country?
This offer is for customers within Australia only.
