To be eligible, consumers must purchase an eligible Brother machine (Eligible Product) from participating stores within Australia between 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2023. Eligible models include: XP3, PR680W, A150, A80, A16, NV880E, M380D, NV1800Q, CV3550, SDX2250D. Spotlight and Lincraft are non-participating stores. To make a valid claim, consumers must complete and submit an online claim at https://brother-money.com.au/sewing/ by 19th January 2024. |

There is a limit of one Gift Box per customer. Multiple claims are not permitted. |

The purchase date is determined by the date printed on the tax invoice submitted as proof of purchase. Any claims or proof of purchase received after the 19th January will be deemed invalid. Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to this bonus offer. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, customer's name, tax invoice number and purchase date. |

The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected deliveries. Incomplete, indecipherable, applications, claims or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. |

Claimants must be the actual purchaser of the Eligible Product. Claims or registrations by any other person will not be accepted. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant. |

The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. The Gift Box will be shipped to you from Impressm. By submitting your information, you permit Brother to share your information with Impressm to facilitate the delivery of your gift. Unless the claimant un-checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the promoter, Brother International Australia, may for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the promoter. All claims become the property of the promoter. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct address and contact details at the time of claim. Any gift boxes lost in transit due to incorrect addresses supplied will be forfeited. Delivery will be via courier. Gift boxes can be sent to street addresses only. |

The claimant is to advise if they are under the age of 18 years and provide their guardian’s name and address. |

The bonus is a gift box of products. The Gift Box includes: Exclusive Brother Machine Mat, 650ml Double Wall Stainless Steel Drink Bottle, 350ml Double Wall Tea Infuser Bottle, 4G USB Stick, Koko Black Chocolate Sprinkles. The Gift Box offered cannot be swapped for a different product or upgraded. Brother reserves the right to replace the nominated box contents with contents of equal value. |

The Gift Box will be sent to eligible claimants approximately 10 working days from receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the eligible claimant. Subject to availability. |

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer. |

Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services. |

This promotion is strictly while eligible product stocks last. Claims cannot be made on back orders. Should an eligible Brother model become out of stock and will not be received by the customer within the promotional period, the customer is not eligible for a gift with purchase, even if a deposit has been paid. Layby orders must be paid in full and the customer must take receipt of their eligible product to qualify for the gift. |
